S.T.A.R.S. Membership Application 
Click on the image to the left to download the S.T.A.R.S. Membership Application. The application is required to be filled out and signed for many of S.T.A.R.S. activities. Download and print out the form whenever necessary. The application is currently available on the web site in Microsoft Word© format only. Other formats will be available soon. Pot Luck Awards / Thank You Dinner Slideshow 
See how we've grown! Click on the image to the left to download the slideshow presentation that was shown at the Pot Luck Awards / Thank You Dinner held on May 17th, 2002. The slideshow contains many photos of volunteers and students over the last several years set to the Backstreet Boys song, Time. The file is quite large so it may take some time to download if you have a slow connection. Once downloaded, simply double-click on the file, sit back, and enjoy. You even have the option of making the slideshow the screen-saver on your computer!
